This was sent to me in the worst packaging I've ever seen. It was sent with remote and manual for free to flop around in the box and hit set. The frame was sent with NO BASE - HU! NO Screws for the BASE - DUH! So I can not turn it or anything right now.

I contacted Amazon immediately upon receipt, and they said we're sorry - we can not send the base, but you can send the set back for a full refund. I had a better response from Philips (Funai) people - the manufacturer - to get the missing parts.

Hey Amazon Customer Service - why should I have ordered this set just to send it back and start over, because you can not repay what you owe me through this sale? I need a TV set right now. As a side note, customer service - you really must have someone who can write a grammatically correct e-mail, I had to translate into English Jumblish ...

This is the first major purchase from Amazon - many CDs and small items in the past. I am certainly not a happy customer right now. I will change this with future changes in this situation ...
